This small notebook has been made in embossed faux leather with a ring of chakra crystals including Carnelian, Strawberry Quartz, Aventurine, Dyed Howlite, Rose Quartz, Tigers Eye and Amethyst set over an embossed Tree of Life. The back also has a Tree of life embossed on it.
The good quality pages alternate with brown and cream paper sections. There is a space for a date on every page and a little building diagram with an inscription which reads “The growth ring for Time to Carve and the Memory to imprint on Mind” on the back of each page.
